Return Policy

Refunds or Returns:  Due to customization of our handmade products, we do not accept returns.  However should you have any issues with your order, please contact us directly for a solution!  Our goal is 100% satisfaction.  Contact us at 208-262-1234

Shipping Damage:  We do our best to package ensuring your door will arrive with no damage.  Should your door arrive with damage, please contact us within 48 hours.  We insure all doors (included in price) and will file an insurance claim with carrier to determine if door is fixable or if they deem it needs to be replaced.  

Cancellations/Order Modifications: Cancellations can be made within 3 days of an order being placed. Due to orders being constructed and fulfilled in different stages, cancellations after 3 days are not accepted. Should you have any issues with your order, need a change of size or finish, please contact us directly so we can work on a resolution.

Due to all doors being considered custom by size or color, it is imperative that you review sizing prior to purchasing.  Any questions, please ask.  We will not be held responsible for an order being placed in wrong size... orders must be reviewed for accuracy prior to purchase.
