We want your sliding barn door shutters to be a fully custom piece and we give you the option of how your sliding doors are sealed. All shutters are wax sealed... they are wonderfully durable and leaves the wood feeling like, well wood!  Installation holes are not pre drilled, this is something I normally advise doing when barn door hardware is installed. Basic tools needed to install hardware; Drill, bits, level and ratchet are helpful.
