~ Sizing ~
To determine size you need, measure TV height and add minimum of 2". Measure TV width add minimum of 2". If you prefer doors to be slightly longer, add 4" as well if you don't see a package above that would fit your TV, please message us to create a custom size listing. Sliding track is approximately double the size of your TV door panels. **IF your TV is mounted ON wall, please see "Buffer Beam" section below to see if you need additional clearance.

*** Please note length of barn door hardware kit *** As an example, you'd need to have adequate wall space of at least 11' to accommodate barn door kit for a 56" TV. Barn door sliding tracks come in 2 pieces, so a 10' kit comes with (2) 5' track pieces.

PLEASE NOTE: Header that hardware is connected to is NOT included in listing price. We do offer matching beams for an additional cost. If interested in adding a beam to your TV package order, please send us a message. Please include the package size you're looking at and your zip code for a quote that will include exact shipping.

Header Beam: If your TV is mounted ON the wall as opposed to sunken into the wall, you may need additional clearance and this is where the beam comes into play. Please measure distance between wall and front of TV (top, middle, bottom) to determine depth needed. The barn door hardware accommodates little clearance so if TV is wall mounted, then you'd need a header to sit under hardware to give additional clearance. ANY questions, PLEASE do not hesitate to ask!! Headers are not included but we do offer them as an add on - please note header add on does not include mounting hardware.

~~ Production time: Shipping dates are estimated and can vary depending on the time of the year. Normal production time is 18 business days, however our orders are filled first come, first serve and due to increased order volumes, production is currently taking about 20 days. We are diligent in getting your order out as soon we can! If you have any questions regarding time frames or when to expect your item, please convo us!

~ Finish ~
We offer several stain options for your barn doors... if you don't see what you're looking for, please convo us. We give you the option of how we seal your TV barn doors... We can apply polyurethane or we can apply wax. Wax is a wonderful alternative... it provides full coverage to the wood, a smooth hard finish and looks great! Please note order your preference. If not noted, we will apply poly to complete your TV hide barn doors.

~ Finish Hardware ~
If you would like rustic clavos, faux hinges or a hook clasp added to your interior barn door shutters, please let us know and we will be happy to provide you with a quote. Clavos finish hardware generally runs an additional $30, depending on size of shutter doors and how you'd like them added.

~ Hardware ~
Doors are not pre-drilled, if you'd like us to pre-drill holes please note order. Installation of barn door hardware is considered an intermediate install project. If you're unsure how to safely install hardware, you should contact a local contractor to proceed with installation. You will need basic tools to install your hardware (drill, bits, level, screw driver). Hardware includes all pieces needed to install barn door track/door. It does not include a wall mount bracket to keep doors from swinging. If you'd like flush wall mount brackets, we do have them available for an additional cost, please convo us for a custom order.

Doors are constructed as ordered and constructed based on dimensions requested. Each piece of wood has its own character and you should expect slight color variations.
